THE HUB
As of May 2023, RUMAH has secured a 2-year lease for a space located in downtown Raleigh, NC, known as the Hub. The Hub is utilized for community building, engagement, and solidarity events year-round, as well as serving as a place for local collectives to use as a home base, storage center, meeting space, donation collection point, resource distribution center, and informational hub. The Hub is a sober space.

- Address: 415 Hillsborough St, Suite 101, Raleigh NC 27603
- Parking: Street parking is free on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. There are paid lots & garages nearby as well (504 W & 309 Hillsborough / 501 W Jones). There is one accessible spot on our block (corner of N West & Hillsborough streets).
- Public Transit: 1 to 2 blocks from stops 9479, 1703, & 9570
- Entrance: Entrance faces Hillsborough Street and is ground-level with double doors. There is a loading zone immediately out front, on Hillsborough Street. The Hub is wheelchair accessible with no stairs, steps, or ledges in public areas.
- Restrooms: The Hub has two non-gendered bathrooms open to the public: one has two toilet stalls and the other has one stall and one urinal. Each restroom has one wheelchair accessible stall with support bars.
- Resources: The Hub offers a variety of shared resources to meet the diverse needs of the community. This includes a library collection featuring political theory, queer literature, and banned books; free WiFi and computer access; printing services; a craft supply exchange area; and more.
